• How do I access the truss rod and what do I need to make an adjustment?

Each Iris is built with a Dual-Action truss rod that can be accessed above the bolts on the neck block. You’ll need a 4mm wrench, we recommend one like this with a 5-3/4” reach.

• CAN I GET A GIG BAG INSTEAD OF A HARDSHELL CASE WHEN ORDERING AN IRIS GUITAR?

  Gig bags are not offered at this time as a case option for an Iris guitar. All Iris orders will come with a free TKL Hardshell case.

• Where do I install the strap button?

Measure 1” from edge of the body and 1” from top of the fretboard. Pre-drill the hole and screw in the strap button (we suggest chamfering the lacquer before and after drilling to prevent the finish from lifting). Same instructions would apply to a left handed guitar, just on the opposite side.
