FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We personally select the highest quality materials and painstakingly construct each instrument as though we were building it for ourselves. We are pleased to offer the original purchaser a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials and construction, and will repair or replace the guitar free of charge in the unlikely event that a problem should develop. The following conditions will apply to any and all warranty claims: The original purchaser shall contact Iris in advance of shipping to discuss the specific nature of the claim. A return authorization will be issued with shipping instructions. Shipping and insurance expense will be the responsibility of the owner. Warranty will not cover damage due to accidents, misuse or abuse, unauthorized modifications or alterations, extremes in temperature or humidity and normal wear and tear.
care + maintenance
Iris guitars have a Satin Nitrocellulose finish, which does not require routine polishing. To clean your Iris guitar, we recommend first removing any dust from the surface and using a microfiber cloth with either naphtha or a little water, to gently wipe away fingerprints and smudges, focusing on areas where sweat can accumulate on the guitar.
